A reputable lawyer in Canada’s National Capital region, Mr. Sechere is one of the Co-founders of Medicular. Through his international practice, Mr. Sechere comes with vast knowledge in the laws of the Middle East and North Africa. He has more than 25 years of practice in business and immigration laws.
He holds a Law degree from the University of Ottawa.

Mr. Hammad Co-founded Medicular in 2004. He successfully raised $12.5 million to build a state of the art molecular imaging centre, and in 2007 secured a $47.5 million contract with Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences to manage, operate, train and hand over the Sheikh Jaber Al Ahmad Al Sabah Molecular Imaging Centre.
Mr. Hammad helped Medicular establish a network of collaborations with leading Molecular Imaging centers across the Middle East and Canada.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Ottawa, a Master Certificate in Project Management from Carleton University, as well as a Master Certificate in Supply Chain management and Procurement from Michigan State University.

Dr, Capece worked with GE Healthcare for more than 25 years. He started as a sales manager of GE medical systems in 1989. He grew the ranks to become its Global Radiophamacy business manager in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Central Asia. He has developed an extensive knowledge and network in molecular imaging globally and has been involved in design, build, installation, set up and commissioning for many molecular imaging centres around the world.
Dr. Capece has a (Cum laude) PhD in physics from Napoli University. His BA concentration was in medical physics and radiation dosimetry and he is licensed in EU as a radiation protection qualified expert.
